Padre Island
A trip to the south Texas Coastal Bend would not be complete without at least one day devoted to the wild beaches of Padre Island. Once again, we spent the afternoon at the beach by the Bob Hall fishing pier. The surf was boisterous with gulls galore and more pelicans than we have ever seen in one place at one time. Awesome day!
