Our day in Auckland included a few hours in the charming Devonport area which is an affluent community across the bridge from downtown affording fabulous views of the city across the bay. We strolled through the picturesque "town" and headed for the park where we devoured a huge order of Fish 'n Chips together on the lawn.

What a cute little town. I could spend hours there - so charming! The picture of Glenn, David, Tarnya, Alyssa and a little bit of Rayna, is priceless!
This was my favorite "town" so far. The weather was perfect that day. There was a ferry dock that I didn't include in the blog post, but that made me feel quite at home!
