Good Morning, Fulton Harbor!

Waking up to Fulton Harbor's glorious vistas has been one of the joys of this trip. Walking out to the end of this fishing pier is one of the best ways to see the sunrise!

Here is the view as you start out onto the pier.

Unobstructed view of the sunrise!

Looking back at the sleepy little town in the first blush of the morning.

The fishing pier from the seawall.

Looking back from the end of the pier gives you some idea of scale. It's a long pier with a "T" at the end and we are at one end of the T.

From the shoreline, we've seen a pair of dolphins swimming in these waters, and every morning we look for more from the pier...no luck yet. It is indeed a lovely place to greet each new day.

Yes, it is very peaceful and beautiful! This morning we saw heron, the usual gulls, and several groups of pelicans that flew very low over our heads. Thank you so much for commenting, Janelle! We get to wondering if anyone ever sees our blog... thankfully, we know at least one person is stopping by to see it! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Always am looking!! One of the things that Sean and I love to do every time we get away, is to take a walk each morning, with coffee in hand...this pier, and the wildlife viewing, has me drooling for another chance to stroll on an early morning.
